Dave was prompt friendly and got the job done quickly. I hope the job looks as good a week from now as it did today. No one called 2 days prior to the appointment to let me know the time window. I had to call to check the schedule time myself on Saturday.

First and foremost, the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had. Beyond efficient but also worked with me for what I needed and in my budget. (Which Randy completely understood). My carpets are clean and void of the stains that I never thought would come out. They look brand new after three years of wear and tear from a toddler and three cats (and people that don’t understand removing their shoes when entering a home). I will forever use this company and definitely more often! Not only on time but they stayed in contact with me throughout the days leading to the scheduled appointment and even the day of.

I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me. Your carpet cleaning is amazing and the tile floors that I also had done look fabulous. I really cannot say enough about Kevin Jackson who did all of the work in my home. He was so professional and hard working. I love zerorez, typically wash our carpets once to twice a year. The employees are always amazing and they always do a great job. Our carpets were crunchy this time though, not sure if zerorez started using a different product to clean the carpets.

I had my carpets and air ducts completed on the same day. Both of the professionals that performed those services arrived on time, with a courtesy call to give me time to get there, and both were very friendly and thorough in explaining the treatment plan and did so efficiently.
