I first had my furniture cleaned on 9/25/20 & was very disappointed. The technician had only partially cleaned the top of my cushions & when I asked why he only cleaned the surface & never took the cushions off to clean the other side. He advised me that is all that Zerorez does.
When I later completed by survey, I shared my disappointment with the service I received for the amount of money I paid.
I was very surprised the following day when I received a phone call from the supervisor. She immediately let me know that the technician gave me false information & that is not how they clean furniture. She insisted on sending out another technician that day to do the job the correct way & to my satisfaction.
That evening Memphis Cain came to my house. Zerorez needs to hire more employees like Memphis. In fact this world needs more people in it like Memphis Cain.
He is a very personable & sincere gentleman. He expressed his disappointment in hearing & seeing the shortcut job the previous technician had performed. He wanted to assure me that Zerorez does not do business that way & he was there to make it right.
He promised me that I would be very satisfied by the time he left & he was so right!
Watching him work you can see that he has a very strong work ethic.
He took his time & was thorough with each piece of furniture he cleaned. It was obvious that he takes great pride in doing the job right the first time & that it bothers him that others may not have as strong a work ethic as he does.
When he was done my furniture looked like it was brand new & just delivered. And my house afterwards smelled so fresh & clean!
As an employer, you really hit the jackpot when you hired Memphis as an employee. He truly represents your company as if he was the owner.
I have already been spreading the word to family & friends to use Zerorez & to especially request Memphis Cain.

Very quick and professional. Carpets were cleaned nicely. Carpets were not very wet after cleaning which made the drying time shorter than with other carpet cleaners.

Exceptionally good job on my tile floor. It looks brand new. The carpets also looked like new. My 9 year old couch, despite some major stains, looked like the day I bought it. Money well spent.

Micheal, was amazing. I worked in customer service for most of my adult life and i would say Michael is the definition of perfect customer service. He did a fantastic job, and explained everything he was doing. I have two cats in my home and Micheal made sure they were safe and not disturbed the entire time the best he could. (the cleaning system is very loud). Michael deserves all the praise he can get, i appreciate him and the work he did.

Seth and Alan were friendly and professional. They were clear in what they planned to do, and how they were going to do it. They also explained some additional options but would not proceed without permission to do so. These men are obviously skilled and experienced in how they go about the operation. The before-and-after pics showed the excellent results of their work. Yes, I will recommend Zerorez to others.

After purchasing a townhouse that had a lot of wear and tear, I wanted to make sure it was clean and sanitized before moving in! Not only were the carpets dirty but there were urine/feces stains in multiple areas that needed to be treated. Our technician was extremely helpful, friendly and thorough. After he was done he sent pictures of his work and the water after the cleaning. To say I was shocked was an understatement! We will likely come back to Zerorez to have the air ducts cleaned as well.

Just wanted to clean our game room rug, because we are getting new furniture. Rug wasn't filthy but certainly looks cleaner. Tech did a good job. The rug dried nicely. Since it was in basement, I put a fan on for few hours!

I really think zerorez did a great job cleaning the couch. It had so many stains on it and I didn't think it would be able to get really clean. But the couch smells great and looks wonderful. I've had a few people even ask if I got a new couch. And the service provider was very nice and professional. He wore his mask the entire time, which I appreciated since I have a newborn baby. And I was able to ask him questions about other services available and he was so knowledgeable, yet I didn't feel pressured to commit to buying anything extra.

All natural pre- treat formulas. Clean fresh smell. Rugs not too wet after cleaning. Dried really fast. The best thing is no harsh chemicals or soap used. Areas cleaned are noticeable clean. Great job!
