We had ZeroRez clean all of the carpets in our new home before we moved in. We considered replacing them outright because they were in pretty bad shape but we're glad we waited to make that decision until after they were cleaned -- they look nearly new! Our technician, Lance, was fantastic. He was very professional, honest, and a hard worker who took his time to ensure a quality result. We were pleased to move into our home with fresh, clean, sanitized carpets and of course happy with the money we saved by not having to replace them.

The technician was very professional and personable. After just two days, the carpets appear to have been well cleaned.
What I didn't care for was the fact that I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip .... while the technician was waiting for me to complete the payment transaction. In my opinion, that is NOT professional. I contracted Zerorez to perform services that cost over $400. I would hope that they pay their employees fairly.
My husband and I own a company that provides technical services to our client. We would never ask our clients to give our employees a tip!

Great communication while scheduling our service was followed up by our technician arriving on time. Courtesy and pleasant personalities seem to be a company standard and it is very much appreciated.

Michael explained what he was going to do, told me a couple of different options, again explaining those options quite well.

His work was outstanding and we are extremely pleased with how clean our carpet is now.
