Scheduling was a breeze! I was able to get service out the same week which was great. David, the tech, called to let me know when he would be arriving which helped since I have 2 pups that I needed to put in a separate room. He arrived on time and was quite friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me an estimate before doing any work. When the work was finished David game me some last instructions and was on his way. Carpets look and smell amazing! Would absolutely recommend to all!

The guys showed up on time and did a great job. They were courtious and respectful of our home. Explained everything and answered all my questions.
Workers were courteous, wore shoe coverings, and remained well masked the entire time. So often I see contractors not wearing masks over their nose or gators, which have not been proven effective. So I really appreciate that they work appropriate masks and respected safety for themselves and my family.

We had our air ducts cleaned and I really appreciated having the employees explain every step of the process to me and continuously update me on the progress. It was very important to us to get our system cleaned and we were very happy with how clean the ducts were after the service was over.

Our building schedule can be crazy sometimes and Rachael always works with me to get it scheduled. Jesse, is so thorough and does a great job from one area to the next. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and pricing thoroughly, and once I decided what to go with, he got to work and was done in about an hour and a half. The carpet looks great, and I’m much more comfortable walking around on it knowing that it’s clean and sanitized. The upstairs was dry in a few hours, and the downstairs (which was done last and a denser carpet) by the next morning. I definitely recommend this service to anyone buying a home!
