Professional, carpets look great

Fast easy set up for appointment. Friendly service technician. They recommended us doing deep treatment due to biological containment in our rugs. We chose against this at this point due to us still having a dog. Overall the carpets are much cleaner (obviously still some visible spots), softer and smells much better. Would recommend ZeroRez. We will definitely be getting the rest of our house done and once we no longer have animals possibly getting the deep clean.

The bio treatment alleviated any worry I had about my toddler playing on the floor (we had the carpet of our new house cleaned). The cleaning itself eliminated all of the nasty smells coming from the carpet as well. The service was professional, friendly, and spot-on!
