Technician arrived earlier than expected (a good thing) he called about 5 minutes out as he was working nearby. He took the tour of the work areas, we discussed any special issues , confirmed the quoted price and he got started. He was done in just about 1 he and 30 minutes. I made payment, discussed drying time and he was off. The only thing that bothered me a little was that I paid by credit card and he entered my card number, expiration date and security code inhis phone. That seemed odd to me. Next time I would pay by check. All in all, we were pleased with the quick turn around time and the end result.
It dries much faster than steam cleaning and leaves no odor.

David was on time, very nice to work with, explained everything, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job! My carpets hadn't been cleaned to more years than I'd like to say, and when David was finished, they looked almost new! He even got out some stains that I thought would be impossible to remove! I couldn't be happier!!
