We have had our carpets cleaned twice now by Zerorez and we are very impressed with how professional the employees are. They take care of the home while they are inside, they let you know about the process and make sure all your needs are met. They do not act like salesmen and try to push extras. Overall process is very smooth and easy going. Highly recommend.

The technician who came was really good. Prompt, did a good job, was friendly and was appreciative when I offered to help or had already moved things out of the way, and was very good about waring his mask.

Sometimes tradespeople come to the house and while technically competent at their jobs, don't have any personality and really don't make an effort to connect with customers. Your technician (I wish I remembered his name) was very efficient but made the extra effort to listen when we first met, and then spend an extra minute to see if I was happy at the end, and make me feel glad I had hired Zerorez.
