The service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, very willing to explain how the system works, and did a very good job. Everything looks as good as new. I will definitely use the service again especially if I can have Brian do it. Thanks for a very satisfying experience.

Matt G., the technician that came to our house was very knowledgeable and professional. He took extra time to explain the while process. He made sure everything was to our liking before he left. He also went above and beyond by bring our trash bins up from the curb.

The technicians ((Kayla and Anthony) were professional, polite and up front explaining what they were doing. Kayla recommended a few add on services but was not pushy. The product was totally dry in less than 24 hours with hardly any odor. Carpet looks good!

Zerorez was very easy to work with. They arrived for my appt on time, and the work was very thorough. The men who worked on cleaning all of the air ducts were very professional and polite. Definately would recommend their duct cleaning services to anyone!

The carpet cleaning services I received was wonderful. The gentlemen who came to do the work thoroughly explained the process and proceeded exactly as we discussed. They were quick but efficient and they worked well together. I am very pleased with the results. I recommend Zerorez and the two who did the work.
