I received a courtesy call before my cleaner arrived. He was prompt and more than thorough when reviewing the process and products with me. The cleaning time was approximately and hour and my carpets look fantastic!! Would recommend to anyone!
The men were in and out in no time. I wasn't expecting to take the registers off and now I know why I was asked to do it. Difficult to say the least.
I listen to KDKA radio in the mornings. The day before I called to have my duct work cleaned the ad on the radio said 20% ductwork. (I got $20) The next day the ad on the radio said $75 on duct work.

My tech, Lance, was the best person this company could have supplied. From the second he walked through my door, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. If I could have given a 20/10 for him I would. We exchanged in friendly conversation as he went above and beyond to help me clean my home. Words cannot accurately describe how amazing this man was, not only as an employee but as a person. Sage and John were great! They thoroughly explained the vent cleaning process, along with answering all the questions we had. Next time we get our vents cleaned, I’ll be using Zerorez again.

My appointment window was 8-11am. Dan arrived at 8:15, and was friendly, explained the process completely. I was on a tight schedule, and was worried I had maybe not given myself enough time for the appointment. Dan was finished so fast, and the carpets looked great. The online appointment set up was convenient and easy to navigate. Easy, fast, and professional.
