I use zerorez routinely for my carpet and flooring cleanings. They're always exceptional in everything they do. The professionalism, kindness, punctuality are all great. I've never had an issue with them. Floors always look and smell great when done.

Saige and Josh were fantastic at our home, and then helped to also do duct cleaning and other services at my mom's home. They are very trustworthy and helped us to understand every aspect of the cleanings, installation of air purifier, and so on. They took the time, answered questions and went above and beyond at every turn. They were considerate and kind, managing the personalities in the house. LOL! They made us feel comfortable with our new services, and deserve every accolade they get. Please properly reward Saige, who not only works hard, but garners trust and respect. Please reward Josh as he also was same. They make a good team too. In this day, truly exemplery employees are hard to find, hard to keep, and hard to manage. The technicians Jeff and John did an outstanding job cleaning the ductwork. They were pleasant and respectful of our home at all times. We will have them clean carpets and ceramic flooring grout in the near future.
