Effective and timely.
The Zerorez process was everything I expected. The citrus scent was so much better than soapy chemical smells. The pretreat and scrubbing tool brought my carpet back to life, I was surprised it looked so good because the carpet is so old. Thank you Zerorez team and a shout out to Paris for answering my questions and using the protective guards, job done exceptionally well.

We contacted zerorez online and they were able to come out the next day to clean our carpets. Technicians were very professional. No messy hose connected to our faucet. Everything self contained. Assessed our carpet issues and recommended a plan of action. Carpets looks like new!
