Appointment was on time with 15 minute reminder prior to arriving.This is not the 1st time I have used Zerorez and have been very satisfied. This time in particular my carpet was badly stained by my dog who could not control functions because of paralysis. Kevin, the tech did an amazing job. There are not any stains left. Kevin was very cheerful and upbeat. I was having a bad day since I had to put my beloved pet to sleep. Kevin said he would do whatever he could to make my day better and he did.H e even went back over some areas to make sure they were taken care of. I am very happy with Zerorez. The only negative is since I paid with a credit card there is no receipt printed at the time. It took several calls to get my receipt. I'm not sure where the fault lie. Zerorez indicated that their emails were not going through so they sent me an invoice copy.in the mail. Thank you to those who made that happen. But, Zerorez does a great job at a reasonable price.

Duct cleaning method works well. Scheduling communications are almost too much. But better than too little. Cancelation allowed for appointment to be moved up an hour. Service men communicated well and performed the service quickly.

Zerorez does not soak my carpet like other cleaning companies, and the cleaning solution smells wonderful, unlike some other cleaning companies I've had that have a strong chemical smell. I technicians were very efficient and friendly. The carpet was extremely dirty due to concrete dust that plumbers had stirred up by jackhammering my basement for a week to install new pipes and now it looks brand new!
They made my carpets look like new! I highly doubt this company. I’ve used them before and will only use them in the future.
The tech who came to my house was very friendly and professional. He explained the services and made recommendations. Dave made my carpets look almost new and that was not an easy feat!
