Mr. Lance “Memphis” Cain is an extreme asset to the ZEROREZ company. I used this company last year but was not completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning. This year, Mr. Cain did a fabulous job and made the 11 year old carpet look new.

The Service Techs that came out to the job site for both the estimate and the actual work were the same crew. This was a time saver as they were already familiar with the layout and our wants and needs. Both times they were very knowledgeable, courteous ,extremely friendly, professional and not pushy. They answered all of our questions in depth and even provided information about items that we did not even think about.
The communication was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived promptly both times and called when they were close to the job site.
Both the estimate and invoice for the job was received within minutes of the crew leaving the job site. This was a welcomed bonus as I did not have to wait days or even weeks to receive them.
I would use them again if the situation arises without hesitation.
