The young man who cleaned our carpets and stairs did an amazing job. He was very personable, did a walk thru with us before he started the job, and did a final walk thru with us after he finished. He answered all questions for us and was very polite. We are very pleased with the end results.

David did a great job cleaning our carpets and our couch. He called ahead, walked around the house to discuss the job, gave us a firm quotation, and began his work. When he was finished, we walked around together again to make sure the job was done well, and it was. David was pleasant and professional. I would definitely use ZeroRez again.

The carpet cleaning and deodorizing process was fantastic. The spots were removed carpets that were 30 years old and hadn’t been professionally cleaned in decades. Deodorizing them eliminated the smells, which made the house feel cleaner. It was money well spent! Additionally, Dave who performed the services was courteous, professional and timely.
