Our service was great. I wish I could remember the guy's name who cleaned the carpets. He was so very kind!! My mother is elderly and has some memory loss and he was so patient with her and caring. Please extend my appreciation to the young man. Also, her home and carpets are very old, and they looked great.

Grate service

Nobody came to sell me something that I didn't want or need. It's only a few days since cleaning so I can't review any products right now.

First of all, the Mark was prompt, friendly and curteous, and gave clear explanations of what would take place during the cleaning. Carpets in the two rooms had not been company cleaned in over twenty years - duringr those years two dogs and three cats shared our space...the carpets now look fresh and bright once again!

Friendly service and the vents and HVAC system was cleaned perfectly

Our carpets looked like new. Our tech was super thorough, explained everything to us, was very kind and was great with our dog! The carpets took about a day and a half to dry, which we weren't super prepared for, but if that's the price of beautiful carpets then so be it. Will definitely be using again!

People who arrived to do the carpet cleaning are always courteous and knowledgeable. They arrive on time, and provide great service! I also like that there is no residue in the carpet is almost dry when they leave.
