The process went smoothly-- minimal water was used, so the carpets did not smell as they dried, and they dried quickly. There is a brighter appearance to the carpeting now. This has added a few years onto the lifespan of our carpeting.

Caitlin was on-time, professional and efficient. For problem areas, she estimated what percentage of success that the cleaning process would likely achieve - and why - then reviewed the results. She also made recommendations for spot cleaning and maintenance. Would highly recommend.

Jourdan, our assigned tech was extremely respectful, hard-working, kind and personable. He also did a great job. I hired Zerorez to clean the carpets in my parents' home. They very recently passed away and Jourdan was so appropriately considerate of my situation and I appreciated his wonderful service and kindness.
