Someone came out to clean my carpet and I settled for the end result thinking that was the best they could do. After 2 days I noticed 2 large dark areas and rubbed a white towel and hot water on them and the towel was black ( the carpet was not walked in since it was cleaned). I called Zerorez and they sent out a different tech who was fabulous! He was at my house for 3+ hours compared to 45-60 minutes the first tech was there. He cleaned part of the carpet and asked me if could see a difference in where he stopped, immediately I saw the line of demarcation. It was like night and day which says to me the first tech did nothing. The customer service was great as they made a bad situation right. I appreciated the customer service.
