Hello, first of all the agent was most polite, with kindness and generosity. He was sufficiently on time and as a matter of fact he was an 2 hours early. Which I was most grateful for. He came set up Hos equipment and went tight to work. He really madde an impacted I am sooo satisfied. Ive had had many other cleaning from come in to clean my carpet it comes to no comparison to ZEROREZ. Thank U fir ur loyalty and honesty for keeping what U day you guys do is true. I have Zerorez clean my carpets twice a year and they do an excellent job every time. Austin was my carpet technician this week and he did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Zerorez!
