Your technician arrived early in the "window " as I had requested. He was polite and professional in completing the cleaning I had requested.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The service technician, Glenn, was very thorough and explained everything that would be done, and also told me about some extras that I might be interested in. However, I did not feel pressured into adding anything that I hadn’t originally contracted for. Glenn did a wonderful job in cleaning all areas that I needed to have done.
