In my case, the technician arrived during the early part of what turned out to be a wider time window than I was aware of, so that was positive. He was friendly & efficient. I like the Zeroez process as I feel (as a non-chemist) that the detergentless cleaning method is better for the carpet than other methods.

Showed up ahead of schedule, got right to work, did an excellent job. We had a pet urine smell that we thought meant we were going to have to replace the carpets.
