The technician Montae was exceptional.
He delivered professionalism and the thoroughness of the process. However, after a couple of days after the carpet drying process, I noticed that a number of the stains are still visible. They weren’t removed. I got the deodorizer as well as the carpet protectant on two of the rooms where the stains are still quite prevalent.
Not sure if there’s anything else that can be done about that, but I’m open to any suggestions or ideas.

young man was very polite and easy to talk to, he explained everything and what the cost would be per room. i have a small dog and he explained that your products are eco friendly and wouldn't hurt the dog. he explained that your pet cleaning how it works and explained the other services you offer. very nice young man and he is an asset to your company, i have already recommended your company to two other friends of mine , i was very satisfied with the service and the young man who came. one thing i would suggest that all your vehicles carry business cards that you can hand out to customers for future referrals
