Polite, competent employees. One downside - I resent being asked for a tip. I am paying over $200 for a service in my home. My electrician doesn't ask for a tip. If you are a professional business, you don’t ask for a tip. Pay your employees a better wage. They were both very nice and I felt bad not leaving a tip but I just spent over $200! Not cool.

Air duct cleaning: the techs were on time, even a little early. They explained what they would be doing. All the vents were covered so there was no dust coming back into the house. Everything was cleaned up before they left and they showed up pictures of before and after. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.
