We had Greg come to do our carpets. He call and let us know when he would be here. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Greg did a great job on our carpet. It dried quickly. This is the second time Zerorez has done my carpet it is 10 years old and looks great..

The technician arrived ahead of his scheduled time. He walked through the rooms with me pointed out stains and a couple of areas where there was evidence that the previous owner had pets. He brought in his equipment and immediately started. When he finished
, he explained what he did and drying time. We inspected the rooms and saw that he removed stains that he wasn't sure would come out.

We had our stair carpets cleaned in the middle of a major renovation, and the team did an absolutely fantastic job. Despite all the construction dust and mess, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The stairs look refreshed and clean—honestly better than we expected given the circumstances. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how easy they were to work with. Highly recommend!
