Be more realistic about how long it takes the carpet to dry. I was told 5-7 hours! It’s been over 30 hours and it is still slightly damp. And that’s with windows open and fans running. Fortunately I don’t have a need to put my furniture back again right away, but I would be quite upset if I did.
I was quoted $142 for the services requested then charged $430.
