I was visiting my parents in Florida and did not have time to get my hair cut before I left Illinois. I used the Sport Clips app and found the nearest Sport Clips and scheduled an appointment. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes and received the same excellent service and haircut that I am used to getting back home. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation feeling and looking my best.
We have seen Lisa in the Bradenton store a couple of times for my son's haircut and she is awesome.
When I signed up for an appointment, I then arrived 5-10 minutes before the indicated time. And I had to wait almost 30 minutes before I got seated in a barber’s chair. You set expectations that you did not keep
