Very friendly, professional staff.
The checkin process on line was fairly easy. The time to show up was correct and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was able to basically walk in and get started right away.
Rashel (I believe that was her name) listened as it was my first time in Sports Clips — so first time with her. She was careful to cut less at first and then more as needed. She also fixed a line that was visible and annoying from a previous cut at a different place. I will be coming back in the future.
I enjoy the hair wash service with vibrating chair and scalp massage. I also like the neck & shoulder massage.
