someone just made my hair shorter and had no idea how to make a proper haircut so it looks good. My wife did better job during COVID when all barber shops were closed and it was her first time using scissors for cutting hair.

Turnover of stylists is a problem. Every time I settle into a stylist that does a good job, and I go to her 4 or 5 times, she leaves. Then it's a shot in the dark all over again.
