Stylist didn’t want much input on how to cut my hair. Every time I tried to help along the way she would push my hand aside if I put it in my hair to show her something. It was like she wanted to do as little as possible and get me out. Don’t know her name. She didn’t have name tag but she was foreign
Promptness, cleanliness of business during pandemic
The stylist who cut my son's hair did not read all of the instructions and cut his hair too short on top - he is still very upset and self-conscious about how it looks - he feels like he has to wear a hat to cover up how it looks. We are also going to be taking family pictures for the holidays and it will be a permanent reminder of the bad cut he got at the end of 2020.
I have always had good experiences and will continue to use Sport Clips for now, but we will always make sure that we avoid the one stylist that did such a bad job.

Excellent only sport clip cut my heir
I have paid anywhere from $8-$80 for a haircut, so money isn't my only consideration. New stylist, Kahlan, has earned my endorsement for actually listening to my suggestions and keeping them in mind while she's styling my hair. Too often, that seems hard to find. Plus, it's such a bonus to pay only $20. I'll be back and I'm telling my friends!
