I always get a good haircut from a friendly stylist. What needs to improve is the consistency of the benefits, such as having done about twenty haircuts from the same stylist who never told me their was a punch card that gave you a half price haircut after six haircuts. It took a new stylist for that to happen. I was just in the other day and made a donation to their veterans support program and didn't get my Chick-fil-A gift card. Stylist need to be trained to promote all the good things available to their clients.
The person cutting my hair acted like he was scared to touch my hair. The back of my head doesn't even looked touched. All in all it doesn't look like I got a hair cut. The mvp wasn't any better.

It’s a non-threatening atmosphere for men to “pamper” themselves. Self-care is often neglected by men because of various stigmas attached. This is a place men can go and endulge in self-care without concern.
