All the ladies at Sports Clips are always cheerful. Mel always cuts my hair and she does a great!
I go to Sport Clips in IL regularly. When in FL, I would prefer to go to the one in Bradenton. It was 2 years in FL since my last visit. It is all in the stylist you get of course, and not knowing down here, it's luck of the draw. Last experience was not favorable in FL, so that explains the gap in visiting this store.
I got just a simple trim this week and while the overall quality was good, it seemed like she was racing to get me out of the chair. Not that I need constant conversation, but there was little interest in having one it seemed. Not unfriendly but just seemed disinterested in having a conversation. Will try again as I am in FL another 2 or 3 months, and will try a different stylist.

Lisa is the best manager you have hands down 10/10 best person, keep her, promote her, and given the her a raise! I work retail as a manager and by far the best I have seen.
Kiley is great. She is a person who, due to her high quality of effort, conversation, and performance in cutting hair, washing hair, and massaging simply outdoes every other person in the business. Angie, on the other hand (who I had this last time) is a functional hair cutter, but every other service is below par. She was clearly not interested in all the service you are offering apart from a haircut. Very disappointing. You, or whoever is the manager/boss/supervisor needs to understand that your business, a somewhat classy hair salon, must create and deliver something beyond the man's haircut, that is, an EXPERIENCE for the customer. I had that with Kiley. But have not had that same or better experience since. Maybe I was spoiled, but it was what got me to come back again. Please fix this.
