Haircut was fine. Stylist was friendly. But I wasn’t asked if I wanted the “MVP treatment”. It was just assumed that I wanted it for some reason. I thought there was some type of promotion going on since the stylist “assumed the sale” and didn’t ask. Any other time I’ve received a haircut at SportsClips they ask if I want the extra. I thought that was an off-putting tactic.

Haircut looks terrible, asked for a fade and got a hack job instead. Super disappointed, have been to this location several times, but will not return again after my most recent visit.

I instructed the stylist who cut my 9yr old son Easton’s hair, to not touch the top, and only cut the sides and back. Her advice was that she should “texture” the front to make everything blend together. Unfortunately, she cut too much off of his bangs and the hair looks very uneven. I regret not being more assertive to tell her not to touch the top. We’re going on a family vacation this week and now he’s going to look goofy in all of his pictures. Other than this one incident, we’re generally happy with Sportsclips. My other 13 yr old son, First name removed, got a great haircut from his stylist on the same day and his stylist also recommended some detoxifying shampoo and moisturizing shampoo which we bought.
Cobra Stiles hair stick
Made an online reservation from home and it immediately said I was up - I live 5 minutes from the store and called immediately for them to hold my spot and they said they would. I got there 5 min after placing the reservation and they had already given my spot away and I had to wait for a half an hour.
