My 11 year old WANTS to continue with her instrument and the program - no arguing!
All the teachers my son has had and staff make him feel comfortable and treat him with respect and he has learned so very much about music from all the knowledgeable staff!
My son loves to sing and he is more inspired when he goes to School of Rock.
Love this place!
The teachers and staff have done a wonderful keeping the kids busy and allowing them to contribute learning and practicing via zoom and providing workshops online.
The atmosphere, which generates buy-in from my kids. They want to be there. Alissa is also fantastic - she is kind, and knowledgeable and helpful. My kids like their instructors too, but I don't know them very well.
My daughter is learning a lot and making new friends.
We dig it and our kid has shown us that he does too in the following ways: He is eager to be on time. He is happy after his lessons. He shares enthusiastically, stories and updates from his time at the school. Highly recommend!
Safe, productive environment
Everything!!!
Style, and they deliver more than what they promise
Good Teachers, my kids love it
Having private lessons and band gives the kids individual learning about their instrument and in the band they learn about teamwork and synchronization.
My daughter enjoyed the opportunity to learn with other people, perform onstage and the teachers.
Mostly, I like that my children are engaged and seem to be learning quickly. Since they are introductory levels and I am not allowed past the waiting area, I don't really know what's happening. Of course, that 'no parent' policy is what creates the atmosphere which they love, and the kid lounge. I very much appreciate the communication and warmth I get from Alissa. We are very happy so far.
Our son has been exposed to so may amazing musical genres, which he may not ever have shown interest in, without School of Rock. Their seasonal shows have all been outstanding, and these kids really shine on stage. Regardless of being shy or outgoing, they get onstage and they shine. It’s the most awesome thing we’ve exposed our son to, as an after school learning program, and as a way to meet New people with common interests. These kids blossom into talented musicians and capable young adults, while constantly expanding their knowledge of culture through music and expression through performance. Thanks to Tyler and all the amazing instructors, we’re SORSD groupies for life!

Great programs that did everything for my kids that sports do for others. My kids have developed musical talent I never even knew they had, and in the process have gained confidence and performance experience that will be invaluable for the rest of their lives.
Great program and the best instructors. The School of Rock is a place where people are expected to treat each other with respect.
This is an amazing program. If you ever had a dream to perform in a rock band, there truly is no better way to get excellent, experiential lessons from instructors that actually perform themselves. They focus on helping you to get your skills and confidence right so that you will be ready to perform. I continue to make great, new friends. I totally look forward to my lessons and rehearsals every week. This experience has brought tremendous joy into my life...and did I mention that I am in a rock band!

Gifted Instructors, staff support, proximity to my kid’s school - makes it all enjoyable & possible
My daughter is learning a lot and loves your classes.
My son has stuck with the program, whereas two other lessons he's stopped after a couple months. Something is going right!
We like best that our daughter WANTS to go and will prioritize her lessons and practice sessions.
My kids musical confidence level has skyrocketed through this program. They love it!
You teach by focusing and facilitating actual live performance. It is awesome.
My son is very engaged and loves going. I cant ask for better program. If he is happy to attend and learn an art it just a testament to the environment. He likes the teachers and being a part of it. Makes me want to join 😉
opportunity to learn songs from a wide range of eras and genres and to compose songs.
Fantastic! I'm an adult taking lessons for the first time. Who said you cant teach an old dog new tricks. I've learned a new skill and can cross something off of my bucket list.
We worked with Jenny at the Liberty Station location and she was great with my son.
Drum class!!!
You guys are always trying to make SOR as relevant to our kids as possible. Especially during some confusing in-sure times.
