My son really enjoys school of rock. He has been taking drum lessons for years, but has never had an opportunity to play with others. We are still new to the program and excited to finally see him play songs with other musicians.

Just before we started at School of Rock he had been taking lessons for about 3 years and he told me that he felt he had "outgrown his instructor" so I started look for alternatives. We have friends that have been at S of R for awhile and just love it! So, we decided to give it a shot, and am I glad we did! He is really honing his skills and learning to play in a band! My son is very excited to go every week and the friends he's making is priceless!

School of Rock has been instrumental in giving our boys their start in music education. Most importantly they love and look forward to lessons and shows that expand their music horizons. Both boys have been playing an instrument for several years and are now looking to take lessons in additional instruments. I don’t think you can put a value on teaching a love of music. School of Rock is priceless.

The main feature that drew me to the School of Rock is the full blown band and concert part of the school. Playing with others is a great way to improve with your instrument, but also make friends, work with others, be competitive and gain confidence by performing on stage. Most music lessons are one on one, and maybe a small recital once a year. You might meet other students coming or going outside the instructors office. But in the School of Rock, you get to be part of a band, practice every week, get on stage and have a lot of fun being part of something big.
We love the personalized lessons and instructors and Isabelle is always very helpful.

Our son is very talented, so we signed him up for 1 on 1 drum lessons with a great instructor when he was 5. He learned quickly but grew bored. When we found school of rock, his interest in learning music exploded. School of Rock put him into a social setting where he could rock out and have fun! It was exactly what he needed to have fun while learning.

My daughter has been a student at School of Rock (Liberty Station) since I think 2019 and it has been an incredible experience for her. She has grown exponentially in her skill and confidence, and has made great friends. And the shows are a clear indication of the dedication and hard work that is put in by the students as well as the staff. We have been very pleased with our School of Rock experience so far.
