Love the yoga sculpt!

The instructor was excellent.

I love that the class is 60 minutes as opposed to 90 minutes, which means I'm more likely to fit a class into my daily routine. Also, the two instructors I've had so far have been excellent, always explaining the subtleties of the poses and offering positive feedback.

The Merrifield studio is nice and spacious. The women bathroom has lots of shower stalls and plenty of lockers.
I am so glad that they are adding more classes in the morning as I am a morning person.

I never think I will like yoga because my friends trying to invite me to go hot yoga many times
it's seems like I can't breathe too hot , that was my concern.

But one day my friend invited me again , I went in Arlington location and like it Class 1
and bring my friend to go with me last week she love it to now she invited her co-workers
to go the same time.

I love everything about CorePower Yoga! The instructors know what they're doing and are very motivating to all the students. The facilities are always clean! I also love the fun music they play. The only concern for me is the price for membership - there are many yoga studios in the area with much lower prices.

most of the instructors are phenomenal in class and super friendly + the studio is always well kept. I also love the sense of community the studio encourages including creative ways such as the option to participate in a book club.

excellent experience, very calming yet stimulating

The place is clean. Instructors were great. Although I only took yoga sculpt and hot fusion yoga, the classes were definitely challenging enough for me to make me feel that I worked out. I really like that fact that the place has shower booths that I wash up after all that sweating. I definitely would like to come back and take more classes.

Staff and classes are excellent. I like the variety of classes. I particularly like the Sculpt class because I get strength training, cardio, yoga, and the heated room all in one. On top of that the instructors were all great, they know their stuff and present an intense fun workout. I learned a lot, received tips to improve my yoga,and I found my body getting stronger and more sculpt. Yes, I would recommend this establishment to a friend or business associate.
