Friendly staff! Very welcoming! Class was both tough and relaxing.

I tried CorePower Yoga for the first time this week. They offer a free week for new people so I decided to give it a try. I loved the place. They offer a lot of classes. The teacher was very helpful and was adjusting the poses. My favorite class so far is yoga sculpt which gives you a really good work out using weights. I will definitely be trying some more classes

I'm new to yoga, the instructor, Diane that I have had for both of my classes is wonderful, she is upbeat, patient and great at helping you get the correct pose.

It was the first time I have ever tried yoga and it wasn't too overwhelming with the moves. The instructor helped me achieve the correct position. I enjoyed it.

Very nice facility and exceptional instructor

Great, approachable, energetic teachers. The studio is super clean and modern. The classes are challenging and different which are great, love everything about the studio. My new favorite place to go to. I've been practicing Bikram and Baptist yoga for a long time but CorePower is a great balance of all, with heat, sculpt, abs work, etc, love best that it has music which the other yoga practices don't have.

Only thing I recommend is for the classes to incorporate some opportunities for practicing inversion poses.

I did a sculpt yoga class, 1st time ever doing any kind of yoga! Was intense, fun and difficult in a good way!

Very structured classes, professional workers, clean and modern space. The temperatures weren't too high, yet hot enough to sweat and manage the intensity. Instructions were clear and I respect the fact that instructors asked for permission to adjust.

Location and the facilities.

It's hard to afford the monthly fees (which makes me want to quit sometimes), but I love the parking available, the friendly vibe of the greeters, and in particular I loved the soundtrack Monica had for Yoga Sculpt on 9/18.
