Very clean and well appointed Yoga studio! I received a warm welcome and a tour from Jodi, who also led our C1 class.
I found the C1 class fairy enjoyable (I never *love* yoga but need the flexibility training). There were several new folks in my class. I was grateful to know most of the postures by name as the instructor wasn't up front for most of the class so many people had no idea what to do based on the verbal cues. Some demo was done for the 1st flow sequence but after that we were left to our knowledge of poses/cues and observing the few experienced people in the room. Enjoyable overall and I felt it in my muscles today.
I appreciated the lockers and showers in the locker room after class.

there are a variety of levels and classes, instructors push you, but also don't force you to exceed your limits, class itself is relatively consistent regardless of instructor, and the workout are both challenging and fun!
