Hot yoga and guided practices

The instructors are very good and I particularly appreciate posture corrections to ensure no injuries. Good variety of classes. I would like to see a level CP 1.5 class if possible.

Relaxing

Yoga classes are fantastic and the instructors are even better! Best experience I have ever had at a yoga class.

I like how welcoming and inviting the facility and staff are at the Merrifield location but I also like that there are plenty of class times to choose from to fit my limited schedule needs, as life is pretty busy and unpredictable as a working mom.

1. Majority of the instructors are really good, well trained and very friendly
2. Facility is very clean and relaxing
3. Parking is very accessible (I use Merrifield 99% only)
4. Location but hoping for more locations to open
5. Reasonable price for what you get

Nice facility. Great class options with more than just yoga. I was looking for strength building options as offered here. Like the spectrum of yoga intensities too (and temp variances). Also can't beat the number of locations- multiple for me close to work and home. I've gone to 4 different locations in 4 days just because of convenience with my schedule.
