I always have a great time when I take class because it moves quickly but I know what is coming. The teachers provide helpful assists but I can also enjoy the quiet solitude of practice undisturbed if I want. Thanks!

Everything about CorePower Yoga is first class. The facilities are clean, modern, and well appointed. The staff is very well trained; both in running the front desk and the leading the classes. I particularly enjoy the C1 classes. The 1-hour class easily fits into my busy schedule. I have been to dozen yoga studios in Northern Virginia. CorePower is the best!

Diana was an amazing greeter and instructor. She made me feel so welcome and gave AMAZING feedback during the class. I loved the feel of the studio and how locks are provided for the lockers, very thoughtful! The class was a great re-introduction to yoga as I have not practiced in almost a year. I can't wait to explore more classes!
