Variety of classes, great teachers
While I wasn't able to do all of the moves in Yoga Flow 2, it was really enjoyable and a fun challenge. Suzanna was a great teacher, enjoyed her encouragement and explanations throughout the session. Also didn't feel judged there or out of place for not being in tip-top shape. Highly recommend!
Clean, modern studio and interesting classes (sculpt, particularly)
The instructors were so knowledgeable & personable. I took a 75 minute HPF which was awesome. So thank you yogis that were in class & Dustin MI who really is awesome instructor & will do great at what ever he does.

Corepower sculpt is one of the best full body workouts I have ever done. I leave class feeling exhausted, yet ready to tackle the day. Also, within just a few classes I have noticed my body responding and becoming stronger and more toned.

I love the friendly staff at the Henderson location. As someone who is new to yoga, I was a bit apprehensive about trying it, but it's been such a positive experience. I was initially worried about the price, but the SET team offering is very nice.
Yoga sculpt is such a great workout and the instructor was very nice and motivating. :)

The heater was not working at the beginning of class but it got reset and ended up heating up to about 98 by the end. The energy in the room was good, the teacher handled it well and the class was still beneficial.
Clean studio, friendly front desk staff. I wish the room was a bit hotter during the Sculpt class - but other than that, love some CP when I'm in Dallas!
Great core restore on Sunday evening! I travel from California to Texas once a month and especially enjoy popping in for this class!

Love the Henderson location! The 630pm sculpt class is always so busy at Mockingbird. It would be so awesome if the Henderson location had better after work sculpt time slots like a 5:45pm 6:00pm or 6:30pm sculpt would be awesome!!!!!
