Convenient location, great instructors

Had a really great class on Friday morning. One of those feel-good yoga practices that makes your whole body smile. Our instructor was fantastic. Keep up the good work at the Henderson location!!

I love the range of class times - I never have an excuse not to go to a class!

I was traveling from Denver and had some time to practice. Kaylin had a stellar routine and my fellow yogis were upbeat and into it. Will definitely revisit next time I'm in town.

I’m from ATL and wanted to practice while in Dallas for work. CPY Henderson didn’t disappoint. Mollie was amazing! She had a beautiful intention woven throughout class coupled with a tough, unique flow. Wish I lived in Dallas and could be a regular at CPY Henderson!

I love the classes. I try to attend CorePowerYoga whenever I travel and the classes are consistently good and similar enough that I can follow along.

Was curious about the reference to grounded leadership - is there a "message" like that in every class? I loved the instructor and her style - Kailyn? 10:30 Thursday. Was a bit distracted with the person in the back right doing their own thing the whole time - I was able to block her out and focus after ten minutes or so - but noticed she just did her own thing and never followed anything the instructor suggested/cued. Is that normal in your classes - to have a sort of rebel? I have one guy in mine that kind of rolls around and does some different things - but mostly with us - ws just curious. A great practice in focus for the others to have that in the room.

Everything about CPY is great...everyone is so friendly and welcoming, schedule accommodates any time of day, instructors are easy to learn from and are great motivators, locker facilities and amenities are spa-like, and the shop has great choices! I always look forward to going to CPY!

Loved the class I took with Genieve, it was awesome, the music was on point and she was highly motivational and enthusiastic the entire class.

Schedule is perfect! Classes all times of day, and CorePower is the ONLY studio in Dallas that offers such a great schedule.

I really love the vibe in this studio. truth be told I actually work at a competitor, but I do love changing it up at CorePower! My favorite class is Fusion. The only part I don't love is the price. It used to be $20 per class and now it's $26. Seems it goes up a few bucks every year.
