Intense workout; positive atmosphere

The staff was very helpful, I enjoyed my C1 class ( it was my first time trying this class) and the teacher was great in instructing how to improve my yoga practice and even helping to modify and improve on basics such as the upward dog.

Absolutely loved the yoga sculpt! I’ll be honest.. I’m not a fan of yoga, but yoga sculpt I’m in love with! So fun!

I was invited to come to Core Power Studio by my daughter and loved the classes and was impressed by how welcoming the staff made me feel. I will definitely be back to enjoy more classes!

great classes - always strong instructors

I had a sculpt class with Macy and it was honestly amazing. It was exactly what I needed. Super challenging but also a great flow. She has a great presence and her friendly and uplifting spirit was perfect. I really loved the things she said as she guided us through the class, and appreciated the energy and the reminder to be mindful. Really, really loved. My first class at this studio and will definitely be back for her class again!! Can’t rave about it enough!

I work out at home here in Va Beach at various places- spin, Hot House Yoga, Wareings Gym (which offers all types of classes) and run and walk on the boardwalk. Core Powers Sculpt class combines all of my favorite workouts into 1!!!! I want to open one here in Va. Beach!!! Fun and motivating music and teachers!! I come every time I’m in Dallas! Thank you

I loved that there was adequate time in the class dedicated to warming up the muscles to prevent injury. I also enjoyed the speed of transitioning through the poses. It was quickly paced, but not so fast as to leave one feeling like they were whipping their body in and out of poses carelessly, as has been my experience in C2 classes taught by others. Music was upbeat and Shannon seemed in-tune with the needs of everyone in the class.

Great place to pop in when I am visiting Dallas from San Diego! Always feel very welcomed! Quality classes! Clean facilities!

I took my first Corepower Yoga class from Frank and he was great. I had not taken a yoga class in 2 years so I was a little rusty. He helped me with my postures and pushed me to go deeper and it felt great. I will definitely be going back to take more of his classes.

I love the intensity of the sculpt class! Also William is great!

Great location off of downtown, for when you have plans later in the evening.
Lots of parkingx and large locker rooms.

I love the positive and calm energy as soon as I walk through those doors. I am a beginner and have never taken a class before, but was never judged and was accepted with open arms. I would recommend this location to anyone and will stand by it.
