Kellie was so nice, friendly and made me feel so welcome to my first class! Great class that kicked my butt! What I loved is that I got a strength workout without having to learn new exercises since we used familiar yoga poses instead. Will definitely take another class!

It’s a larger studio compared to the others I have been to in the area. Also, I like the location. It is in a cool part of town. The instructors are very cool as well.

The Knox / Henderson staff is a very cool community - Geneive and Dustin to name two. The facilities are great. CPY has helped me grow mentally, physically, and spiritually during a time / chapter where I was challenged to discover just "how much I am made of" and "if i was able to determine my own next chapter, what would that be." CPY has been a foundation for this new chapter! As Dustin says "as long as you try...", each day I keep trying.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the young, high energy vibe that the place gives off. I’m easily the oldest guy in each class. Makes me feel like I’m 20 years younger at times.
