Love the vibe at Henderson!

Really nice CP studio with a very friendly staff. Early morning classes do tend to have a significant number of early departures, including during final savasana. I get it that people need to get moving to get to work, but this is quite distracting, and something I've not experienced in other CP studios at the magnitude that it occurs at Henderson.

Everyone is excellent. Great facility, great staff and instructors. Keep doing what you're doing.

Laura R., Maggie M., and Morgan H. are absolutely incredible C2 instructors!! Absolutely obsessed with their classes! And Hana is a rockstar sculpt instructor!! To me, the instructors 100% make the classes - and you definitely have some winners!!

The location is very convenient for me and the parking lot has enough space for everyone. I loved the vibe and decor of the studio; it felt clean and modern. The staff was warm and welcoming upon entering the studio and very helpful as it was my first time visiting the studio. I was given a lock for a locker so I could safely store my things. Other than that, I did not use any of the amenities in the locker room but they looked clean. I had Mollie as my class instructor. She is such a sweet person and a great teacher. I loved the intention she set for the class and the sweet story that went along with it. The class itself was challenging and a nice workout. I will definitely be back for another class!

I took Susanna's class and found it superior to any others I have taken using Classpass. She led us through a great flow spending time on alignment and giving very useful corrections. She has a positive energy and the class/studio had a very relaxed vibe. I will be recommending this class to my yoga buddies and will be looking forward to coming back myself!
