I really enjoyed the classes I've attended (Core1 and Core2). The classes are never intimidating. The instructors are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging! I love the way I feel after I've been to Core Power!
Love the Yoga Sculpt (hot) class!
I just finished my 200 hour TT and it was transformative. I love the supportive environment and the strong curriculum. I'm a beginning yogi and look forward to continuing my journey with Corepower in whatever capacity that encompasses. I would encourage anyone seeking TT training to go to CorePower. It's called intelligent sequencing for a reason and it makes so much sense and is intuitive.
The variety of times offered and the skill levels of the teachers. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are very encouraging with your practice.
Instructors are very clear on what the poses are and how it should feel. I appreciate the gentle reminder throughout the C1 classes (e.g. relax the jaw, when to breath, pull shoulders back during specific poses, smile, etc.). The studio is very clean, organized and welcoming to all ages and levels of yogis. I feel the appreciation from the staff and from the students. Feels like a home away from home.

I ADORED the instructor!! She wasn't too fast, she really explained the poses and provided guided critique which I felt was helpful and not generic. It felt like she was directing her constructive criticism to me occasionally, because I noticed some things I could improve on when she was speaking. Her tone and voice was not too sharp. She provided some helpful hands on stretching a few times. At least twice she had us stop and watch her achieve a few poses and then had us do them, so we weren't trying something new (flying crow, for example) just on our own. She showed us how she does it and what she focuses on to get there. The room was comfortable. It was, overall, just a really lovely experience. A great way to end a busy week. Although I just came with a friend, I am now seriously considering a membership to core power because I enjoyed the class so much.

The spirituality of the instructors/classes. The instruction for the poses. Helpful, friendly, place.
I love the teachers and the studio in general, but have been frustrated with the plumbing (bathroom floors flooding while showering) and the lack of working lockers. I heard the plumbing situation is being fixed, but I have not heard about getting the lockers to work. Fingers crossed. I have had a yoga mat taken while showering, so locks would be reassuring.
I truly appreciate Alice J. She always has the most thoughtful classes, and I feel she does an amazing job offering something for everyone.

corepower yoga 2 session was awesome! Was happy to be able to go to corepower yoga 2 in Portland Oregon over Thanksgiving weekend and have the same fantastic experience I have at home!
The overall vibe of the studio is incredible but the instructors are even more amazing! I love the variability of classes and the heat. CorePower is the one workout that has a perfect balance; time, heat, energy & spirit.
