The studio is really beautiful, relaxing and well lit. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The schedule of classes meets my needs, for the most part. I do wish there were just a couple 6am classes.

Rachel BR was great for sculpt! I usually conduct my practice in the western suburbs of Chicago and a different vibe and energy for sure. The other thing that was nice was that the instructor was actually doing 90 percent of the workout which was motivating vs just instructing

I am very much a beginner at yoga and the classes have been awesome, inviting, and honestly some of the best workouts I have had all summer. I love to lift weights and cross train but the yoga sculpt class has been unreal both fun and challenging.
