When I first came to America, I always wanted to try yoga. It was not until I was pregnant with my daughter I got the courage to go to a class in Santa Rosa CA.. The instructor said I was too fat to participate. It was emabaressing and confusing. It tainted my opinion of yoga and the types of people who promote it as a means of "fitness or wellness " ...

So I stayed away, did other things, tried other exercise mediums, gyms , trainers, hiking, swimming.. but always kept finding myself drawn back to wanting to try yoga again.

So fast forward we move to Tualatin, my bellydance teacher Akasana Danilova,..(look her up she is amazing).... told me to start doing HOT YOGA..

When I stepped foot into Core Power Yoga in Bridgeport Tualatin, BEA and SAM and Leslie and so many others were JUST AMAZINGLY welcoming, open, approachable and encouraging.

I mean that in a truly authentic genuine way.... not a fake or insincere way ..

That is why I have bought 2 $500 gift passes for my friends ... That is why I will always recommend you like I did to my Physical Therapy Dr. at Providence. ( who just moved here from Michigan) because I know in my heart you will the amazing , genuine, welcoming people that I have come to know and value . Instructors are fantastic

Great atmosphere, people and workout!

I love the workout, the instructors make it fun to work out, and even though you end sweating, you don’t feel like it while you are doing it!
The atmosphere is very friendly, instructors and other clients are really nice and make you feel welcomed. All in all, it’s a great feeling visiting the studio!

The C2 class I took was amazing. The gentleman that led the class was very well informed about postures and transitions.

Amazing staff and classes!

I absolutely love Andy P and Jessica's CP2 classes. Andy is really knowledgeable and has helped me deepen my practice. Jessica is a fun outgoing energy that's uplifting and brings joy to the practice and the group. :)

I love all the instructors and classes offered! After every class I feel a little stronger and more empowered then before.

I do have one minor complaint. I never want to take a Sculpt class that is near max capacity ever again. Not because the size of the class, but because there is not enough small weights under 10lbs available. I had to constantly make modifications and either the weight was too much and started hurting my shoulders or I would go without a weight and had no resistance. This is the only class where I left frustrated and like I hadn't accomplished my fitness goals.

Consistent excellent classes

Amazing staff, very skilled instructors.

Instructor was fantastic. The class was intense yet he offered modifications and was extremely motivating.
My only negative was how packed the class was ( might be due to beginning of year), but otherwise, great class. I'll be returning.

The teachers are fantastic!

Instructors are very personable with all of us and remember our names. which makes me feel a part of.

There are different types of teachers.
And the levels are mixed.
My background is Ashtanga,and I feel it’s the closest to what I know.
I love it.

I love Corepower! They have a great selection of classes and times throughout the day so I’m always able to find one that works no matter what my day looks like. The studio is always clean and organized. The instructors are friendly, talented, and professional. Corepower is impressive all around!

This class brought me back to my practice with such welcoming people strong flexible movement and kindness throughout.
