This facility has some extremely good yoga teachers in comparison with you other locations. Core power is not like Starbucks where you can get a latte in any town and they are the same.
I stick with Bridgeport because the instructors.
I love the wide variety of class times, the cleanliness of the studio, and the location! I also enjoyed the instructor on Tuesday night.
Loved the 9:15 Pilates class on Monday! There was someone filling in who normally works on Sunday mornings and she was amazing!
