Good location for my trip away from Salt Lake. Liked the class size and instructor.
In Salt Lake they provide damp washcloths scented with oils and it feels so good after a hot class.
Great studio. Loved the class, insensity of the workout, and heat + music level. I also appreciated the instructor's (Mikel) energy. I'm originally from D.C. so I got back and signed up for the city center location. Have gone five days in a row. Thanks for a killer workout.

Location, setting & friendliness of the front desk staff. Kimmie, the yoga instructor, turned the class toward the window rather than the mirror & it was exactly what I needed for the hour of self care.
Oh! & built in locks on the lockers were great!

Great instructors, beautiful studio and amazing energy
The classes I take at Bridgeport are consistently challenging and the teachers are quite welcoming. The studio itself is well kept, and generally speaking I feel quite comfortable there.
I love the variety in classes and in instructors! Each instructor has a different style and vibe which always makes it interesting. I love how welcomed I always feel when I walk through the front door. Thank you for learning names and using them, it's the best!
I also really appreciate the attention to detail in poses that many may feel we have mastered. I love when I get adjusted because I'm trying to be better and I know my teacher knows a lot better than I do! The assisted stretching is the best! Jamie is the best at that :)

Love CPY. Always scheduled at the right time for my busy life, great yogis and awesome facilities. There's usually a way to make it fit into my budget as well, when it gets tight.
