Classes

MAry was an excellent teacher. Your studio is nice and very close to my house. At my last studio I paid $89 per month for unlimited and they had bikram, vinyasa, yin, ashtanga and some specialty classes from time to time so there was a good mix. The only downside to your studio is the monthly commitment is a little pricey. Really like Mary!

Teachers environment convenient times

Very friendly staff, and fantastic teachers. As a newbie, I felt completely welcomed. Classes are challenging, yet created to feel safe enough for people to go at their own pace.

The numbers of classes offered throughout the week at a wide variety of times. I really enjoy the later classes due to school work.
