variety of classes throughout the day!

Instructors are very supportive and encouraging. The gym is always spotless and clean. I also think the variety of classes is ideal as people gain confidence and skill to move to more advanced classes.

I liked the mix of yoga and cardio/strength training.

I like the combination of yoga plus workout, and the hot studio.

It was a convenient place to practice heated yoga. Quite refreshing (and sweaty) during this hectic time of the year.

Corepower 1 was the perfect class after spending the weekend in Portland. Very good instruction, perfect cues were given and the studio was very homey :)
