I arrived early for my appointment and was seen 10 minutes before my appointment time. The doctor was prompt, personable, very thorough with providing information about my medical needs, and answered all of my questions.

From original scheduling to visit to checkout on my first visit it was A+ service and care. I didn’t write names down and was a little nervous so I cannot individually name everyone. The three ladies at the front desk were professional, and personable. My MA was very professional and kind. The X-ray person was exceptionally patient , kind, and didn’t cause any pain. Dr. Bell is the best in explanation as a clinician what was happening in my knee. He reassured me about some pain I was having that i couldn’t understand why it would come and go randomly. My prosthetic tech was awesome and didn’t hurt me. He is very knowledgeable. Check out is very kind. I am looking forward to next visit.
