1) Physicians / surgeons are top rated and the best I have ever had to provide the necessary care needed to address my health issues and have done so with the upmost professionalism, care and empathy. Dr. Kaplan & his Physician Assistants (Chris and Michael),,Dr. Vosseler, and Dr. Kitty are the best physicians I have had the privilege to see to address my health concerns.
2) Nurses and support staff are also top rated and assist the physicians / surgeons with providing the most professional care with empathy. I was so impressed with everyone. Russ helped me (probably without realizing how helpful), while being positive and supportive when casting my broken wrist——-greatly appreciated.
3) Ladies checking the patients in for their medical appointments do their job with patience, helpful and patient when needed,, and take the time to answer and address all issue with professionalism and empathy.
For instance, I was trying to register for my appointment with a broken wrist and Stacy was so incredibly helpful and patient with me while I was trying to complete all necessary forms. I will always appreciate her kindness.
4) Occupational therapy staff is amazing. Taylor and Katie have provided the most professional care with empathy and patience.
The staff who is in charge of registering patience do their job with a very professional manner with patience and empathy.
5) Parking is easy, people are friendly and helpful at JOI.

I like the staff typically. What I didn't like about the Beaches staff this past visit is they loaded too many patients on a Tuesday and the doctors and staff were running in circles. My doctor only gave me maybe 3-4 minutes, didn't ask a ton of questions and the front staff were less than friendly. The back staff were much more approachable. Just too many patients. Other than that they took care of me.
