Put simply, I felt heard. I voiced the urgency of my situation and Dr. Kitay and his Athletic Assistant took care of everything during my appointment. My records were obtained from Southeast Ortho during the visit after I advised how much trouble I had trying to get them on my own. JOI is a well established organization of doctors that's been in Jacksonville for many, many years. They have a very good reputation in our community and are community oriented. I've seen several of JOI's doctor's in the past and even had several surgeries performed by them. I had wonderful results from these surgeries and was treated well. I'd refer any family member or friend to JOI for treatment.
