I was very disappointed with the quality of the medical forms for a car accident I was requested to sign when checking in for my appointment. The three-page document was unreadable. I questioned the illegible form with the front office medical staff person, she apologized but said there was nothing she could do and asked me to sign the highlighted areas. I said I cannot read what I am signing, the form had been copied so many times that the page was crooked, and I could not make out the words or the heading.
I said well, I could do something and shared my concern with Zack, and he said he knew whose attention this could be brought to. My hope is that action will be taken.

The personal interaction
The check in was pretty quick, a little wait in a line. Once checked in, I was sent to a small waiting room where I wait had a very short wait before being taken into a room to start my visit. Everything went very quickly and everyone I saw was pleasant and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood what I had going on and what my options were.
The operations at POI are managed with remarkable efficiency, from the customer service provided at the front desk to the treatment I received. I would like to express my gratitude to PA Tanner Waterman for his thoughtful approach to my injury and the recommended course of treatment.
Staff and especially Dr Bell are wonderful. They are courteous, kind and easy to talk to. Didn’t feel rushed at appointment. Would not want anyone else to do a surgery for me except Dr Bell.

Dr. Perry was very attentive and asked about First name removed's pain issues, medications and JOI therapy treatments she had had in Fernandina Beach. He provided a muscle relaxer and a patch for back pain. She looks forward to a follow up appointment after she gets a cervical MRI.

Got an appointment fairly quickly. Didn’t spend much time in waiting room. Dr. Kitay and his staff were great, as usual, and skillfully took care of my issue within a few minutes. Sad to hear that JOI is splitting up. Over many years, myself, my parents and my husband have been treated by several different doctors at JOI with all good experiences — Kitay, Keller, Bell, Savarese, Madden and probably a couple more.
