The staff is very efficient and courteous, having a good staff is paramount! A physician can be remarkable but if the staff is not good it’s rather pointless. That said my experience with the physicians at JOI has always been most satisfactory, they are knowledgeable and skilled in what they do.

Doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. Took time to answer questions. Unfortunately, the young woman checking us out at the end of our visit lacked social skills (just plain rude) which left me with a "bad taste in my mouth".
