was very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about my health and well being. I am happy with my first visit back to him. I am now waiting on the referral he said he was going to give me. The office staff gave me a copy of my prescription and that was great as well. I am looking forward to hearing from his office by phone or email so I can schedule an appointment with the referral doctor's office. I have begun the medication as he instructed and don't have to worry about becoming drowsy at work. Thanks!

While I was happy with the result of my visit, it took over a month to get an appointment. Then, three hours before my scheduled visit, Dr. Snyder's office called and cancelled my appointment, saying that the doctor was not seeing visitors that afternoon. They tried to reschedule me with him two weeks later, but because I needed to see someone sooner, they transferred me to the reservation line, where I waited for 20 minutes before someone could reschedule me with another doctor.
